A
Pandemic situation is causing a lot of changes in the daily life of people
around the world however there are things that can be done to maintain a
healthy life style these difficult times first and for most everyone is
encouraged to follow world health organisation and government advice to
protect against a pandemic situation. Practices of physical fitness keep everyone
safe from disease and provide healthy body.

1. INTRODUCTION
Throughout
the human history there have been a number of pandemics of disease such as
smallpox and tuberculosis , the most fatal pandemic is reported history was
black (death also known as the plague) which is killed an estimated 75-200
million people in the 14th century. The term was not used yet but was for later
pandemics including the influenza pandemic. The term of an infectious disease
that has spread across a large region for instance multiple continents or worldwide.
This affects a substantial number of people. A wide spread pandemic disease
with a stable number of infected people is not pandemic. People such as recurrence
of seasonal influenza are generally excluded as they occur simultaneously in
large region of the globe rather than being spread worldwide. The recent
pandemic is spread entire world is covid -19
Pandemic have infected millions of people causing
wide spread illness in a large population and thousands of death, for example
in 14th century the Black Death plague killed the half population. Like
physical health, mental health of people also weakens during the pandemic
situation the life style of people very strict during pandemic situation. who
have to spend more time in own house and need to keep social distancing the
public gathering are also restricted .so as well as physical health, mental
health are decreased during this situation . It is very important to keep
physical and mental fitness during pandemic situation .generally social
distancing exercising, farming, gym, gardening, and yoga etc . some are the
fitness protocol. People keeping in pandemic situation.
2. 1 BENEFITS OF
EXERCISE
Work out
or exercise is a one of the good fitness tool during pandemic or all situations
exercise is bodily activity that enhances physical fitness and overall health
and wellness. It is performed for various reasons to aid growth and improve
strength, preventing aging developing muscles and cardiovascular system, honing
athletic skills, weight loss or maintain improving health and also for enjoyment.
Many individuals choose to exercise outdoors where they can congregate in
groups socialize well being
Physical exercise is important for maintaining physical fitness and can contribute to maintaining the healthy weight, regulating the digestive system, building and maintaining healthy bone density, muscle strength and joint mobility promoting physiological well being reducing risk and strengthening the immune system. Some studies indicate that exercise may increase life expectancy and the overall quality of life. People who participate in moderate to high levels pf physical exercise have a lower mortality rate compared to individuals who by comparison are not physically active. Lacks of physical activities cause lot of life style disease that practice of exercise is free from the high risk of disease.

2.2 IS DIET IS IMPORTANT?
Good nutrition is very important before during and after infection. take a tool on the body especially when these cause fever the body need extra energy and nutrients there for maintaining a healthy diet is very important during the pandemic maintaining a healthy diet is important part of supporting a strong immune system. Countries that have implemented strict lock down and physical regulations have also put in measure that have not thus for experienced wide spread disruptions in food supplies it is still possible to purchase and consume a healthy diet follow, eat variety of food within each food group and across all the food groups. Ensure adequate intake of important nutrients eat plenty of fruit and vegetables. These fruit and vegetables contain vitamins and minerals. Drink water regularly limit consumption of alcohol etc. These healthy diet help to supply of good nutrients. To reduce the risk of unnecessary food waste not to buy more than our family needs. Healthy diet other lifestyle factors are critical part of maintaining well being and a healthy immune system
2.3 MAKE HYGIENE A ROUTINE
Personal hygiene is an important practice during the pandemic situation for any pandemic with spread all over the world .personal hygiene has an important place. Lack of hygiene which causes the contamination of body with pathogens. During the covid-19 pandemic situation all over the world people understand well about personal hygiene. Social distancing is one of the practice and wash hand using water and soap and sanitizing hand and wearing mask are included in the hygiene habit. If leave your home to work consider washing your cloth and changing your shoes after each shift everyday clean all surface that people touch a lot immediately. Clean every surface that body fluids on them like blook or feces. Use house hold cleaning spray or wipes. Cover your mouth and nose with your elbow or tissue when coughing or sneezing. Dispose and used tissue immediately. Maintain at least one meter from people help to decrease an out break of disease keep our body as healthy leads a fit body.
3. CONCLUSION
When a
new disease first emerges most of us lack the natural immunity to fight it off
.this can causes sudden sometimes rapid spread of the disease between peoples across
communities and around the world. Without a natural immunity to fight off
illness many people can become sick as it spread. When it end with a pandemic
situation is too danger. During pandemic situation life style of all pupils can
change health and immune system is very important in this situation. For a good
immune system we have to practice good habit in our life style. If a person
having good health he should have a physical, mental and social well being. For all
of this have we have to produce exercise, healthy diet etc. During present day
situation to maintain social distance lock down is concentrated all the courtiers,
all over the world. This situation is very strange. Which increase an anxiety
in people the practice of exercise ,yoga,
dancing, healthy diet keeping hygiene is help the people maintain there fitness
